Refund Policy

 

RETURN :

The return period is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the Products.
The means of return will be at the initiative, convenience and expense of the User (with the exception of a defective Product upon receipt, or an error when sending the Product). He must imperatively provide a tracking number for the return, under penalty of nullity. The return is made under the responsibility of the User, Marchillsocks cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with their accessories, and in no case have been worn, washed, ironed, touched up or soiled. Products returned that do not comply with these conditions cannot be taken back and will be returned to the User, at the latter's expense.
It is imperative to mark on the return package "RETURN OF GOODS", the order number, the reason for the return and to indicate a customs value of 0 € in order to avoid any costs and processing time on re-import in the case applicable. If these instructions are not followed, processing times may take up to 28 days and any re-import fees that may be charged to us will not be refunded to the User.

Marchillsocks undertakes to reimburse the User who has exercised his right of withdrawal the sums as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

EXCHANGE :

The User also has a period of fourteen (14) days to request an exchange.
In the event of an exchange, follow the return procedure and create a new order on the site. A refund of the delivery costs of the initial order will then be made.
As a reminder, the return costs are the responsibility of the User.
