DELIVERIES

Registered orders are processed upon receipt and shipped within an average of 3 working days by the postal service in letter with follow-up, to the delivery address provided by the buyer when ordering.
You will find delivery times (provided for information only) for each geographical area on the La Poste website.
Transport costs vary according to the number of products ordered and are calculated at the time of the order. They are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stipulated on the site during certain commercial offers.
Each order shipment generates an e-mail sent to the buyer, including the summary of the products shipped and the associated invoice.
Deliveries to PO boxes are not accepted.
Products delivered outside France and outside the European Union are not subject to VAT. The VAT deduction is calculated automatically when ordering, based on the delivery address entered by the buyer.
However, the latter must bear the import costs and any taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the country of destination.
